KTI PTA Completes Phase One of Major School Renovation Project




 The Parents Teachers Association of Kumasi Technical Institute has successfully completed the first phase of a major renovation project aimed at upgrading and modernizing facilities on the school campus.


According to the Association, the project forms part of their long-term goal to transform the school’s infrastructure to meet modern educational standards. 




Phase One includes the upgrading, expansion, and painting of several key school facilities. The PTA says the completed works are now ready to be handed over to the school’s management.

PTA Leads Bedbugs Fumigation Exercise at KTI Dormitories

  The Parent Teachers Association (PTA) of Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) has carried out a comprehensive bedbugs fumigation exercise in both the boys’ and girls’ dormitories to address a long-standing challenge affecting students. The exercise, undertaken to completely eradicate bedbugs, follows persistent complaints from students who have been disturbed by the insects during the night. The situation, according to school authorities, had begun to negatively affect students’ comfort, health, and academic performance.   The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has praised the Afia Kobi Ampem Girls' Senior High School for their innovation in the area of aerospace engineering.  The renowned King commended the school for their exploits in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Education.
