Promasidor Ghana Marks World Milk Day, Feeds Nutrition Knowledge to Over 10,000 Ashanti Students

  Promasidor Ghana Limited marked World Milk Day by reaching more than 10,000 students across selected schools in the Ashanti Region, under the theme “The Role of Women in Daily Nourishment.” As part of the celebration, pupils of T.I. Ahmadiyya Basic School, Afaus Love School, and State Experimental Basic School received Cowbell milk products and exercise books to support both their nutrition and education. Speaking at the event on Monday, June 1, 2026, Brand Executive for Cowbell, Linda Akua Penny, highlighted the health benefits of milk and urged parents to prioritize it in children’s diets.   “Milk is essential for growth, strong bones, and brain development.   With the National Democratic Congress preparing for its next presidential choice, Professor Joshua Alabi stands out as a leader tested across every level of Ghanaian life. His track record spans student governance, sports, parliament, academia, and corporate transformation.  That breadth makes him the next best presidential candidate for the NDC. Professor Alabi’s leadership journey began early.  He served two terms as President of the National Union of Ghana Students in Russia, 1983-1985, and later as President of NUGS for the entire European Region.  It was leadership forged in advocacy, organization, and delivering for people.
